Overview

At Mamta Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on ready-made items purchased through our eCommerce store or in-boutique, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery or collection

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in its original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.


2. Custom-Made & Altered Items

All custom-made, tailored, or altered garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically to the customer’s measurements and design specifications.

However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly assess and correct the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed outfits

  • Altered garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (unless defective)


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

Mamta Boutique reserves the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet our return requirements.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for ready-made items (subject to stock availability). If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Mamta Boutique via WhatsApp, email, or through our eCommerce store with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process.
