All orders placed through our eCommerce store or directly with Mamta Boutique are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom-made orders follow their own production timelines as discussed during consultation.

Mamta Boutique offers delivery nationwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout for online orders or communicated to you before order confirmation for manual orders. Fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email where applicable.

Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Mamta Boutique will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify Mamta Boutique within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos of the packaging and items. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Custom-Made Items
Custom-made garments are produced to order and require additional processing time. Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated separately and begin once the item is completed.

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from Mamta Boutique by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation before collecting.
