At Mamta Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>\n

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n

We accept returns on ready-made items<\/strong> purchased through our eCommerce store or in-boutique, provided that:<\/p>\n

    The item is returned within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery or collection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The item is in its original condition with tags attached<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Proof of purchase is provided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.<\/p>\n

    2. Custom-Made & Altered Items<\/h3>\n

    All custom-made, tailored, or altered garments<\/strong> are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically to the customer\u2019s measurements and design specifications.<\/p>\n

    However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly assess and correct the issue.<\/p>\n

    3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n

    The following items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n

      Custom-designed outfits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Altered garments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Sale or discounted items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Accessories (unless defective)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Refund Process<\/h3>\n

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item:<\/p>\n

        Approved refunds will be processed within 5\u20137 business days<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Delivery fees are non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Mamta Boutique reserves the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet our return requirements.<\/p>\n

        5. Exchanges<\/h3>\n

        We offer exchanges for ready-made items (subject to stock availability). If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.<\/p>\n

        6. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h3>\n

        If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong>, providing clear photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.<\/p>\n

        7. Return Shipping<\/h3>\n

        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.<\/p>\n
